For over thirty years Marnie Kennedy has pursued a path of yoga and contemplative practice as essential tools for well-being and happiness. Marnie is a native Oklahoman and graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a BA in History. One of her greatest joys has been raising five sons. She has been an active volunteer for education, learning differences and mental health.
Marnie has been teaching since 2006 and enjoys sharing these natural resources we all have for enhanced health, healing and growth. She encourages students to bring a kind, light-hearted approach to their practice because being kind to yourself creates real change in your life.
