Day of Mindfulness


Day-Long Retreat

10:00am - 4:00pm

This mini retreat is open to beginners and experienced meditators. This retreat is

an opportunity to be with yourself, giving yourself time, care and attention. Along with practice there will be time for reflection and discussion on how to apply mindfulness in your life.


You will be guided in basic mindfulness practices for deepening your ability to be present

with kind, open non-judgmental awareness for the moments and unfolding of our lives. The

practice of mindfulness can benefit and serve you in all aspects of your life - strengthening

your ability to be present in a balanced and non-reactive way, to enjoy the richness of your

life, reduce stress and build an inner strength for life's challenges.

Wear loose and comfortable clothing

The practices will include mindful yoga, sitting, lying down and walking meditation in a

spacious yoga space surrounded by peaceful nature at E Neech O Retreat Center.

Date: Saturday, November 9th, 2019

Time: 10am-4:00pm (plan on arriving 15 minutes early to check-in)


What to bring?

   Sack Lunch

   If you have your own yoga mat or cushion, bring it.
